1. はじめに

ModeNote（以下「本拡張機能」）は、WebページやPDFの内容をAIで要約するChrome拡張機能です。本ポリシーでは、本拡張機能が収集・利用するデータについて説明します。

2. 収集するデータ

3. データの利用目的

ページやPDFのテキストはAI要約サービス（Google Gemini API）への送信のみに使用し、サーバーに保存しません。
メールアドレスはアカウント管理およびサブスクリプション管理に使用します。
使用量データはプラン別の利用制限を管理するために使用します。

4. 第三者へのデータ提供

本拡張機能は以下の第三者サービスにデータを送信します:

Google Gemini API — ページ/PDFのテキストを要約処理のために送信します。Googleのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
Stripe — 有料プランのサブスクリプション管理に使用します。決済情報はStripeが直接処理し、当社サーバーには保存されません。

上記以外の第三者にユーザーデータを販売・提供することはありません。

6. データの保管とセキュリティ

サーバーとの通信はすべてHTTPS（TLS）で暗号化されています。
APIキーはSHA-256でハッシュ化して保存しています。
認証トークンは30日間有効で、期限切れ後は自動的に無効になります。
要約対象のテキストやPDFデータはサーバーに保存されず、処理完了後に破棄されます。

7. ユーザーの権利

拡張機能をアンインストールすることで、ローカルに保存されたデータはすべて削除されます。
アカウントの削除を希望される場合は、下記の連絡先までご連絡ください。

8. ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは必要に応じて変更される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、拡張機能のアップデートを通じてお知らせします。

1. Introduction

ModeNote (the "Extension") is a Chrome extension that summarizes web pages and PDFs using AI. This policy describes what data the Extension collects and how it is used.

3. How We Use Data

Page and PDF text is sent only to the AI summarization service (Google Gemini API) and is not stored on our server.
Email addresses are used for account and subscription management.
Usage data is used to manage plan-based usage limits.

4. Third-Party Data Sharing

The Extension sends data to the following third-party services:

Google Gemini API — Page/PDF text is sent for summarization. Google's Privacy Policy applies.
Stripe — Used for paid subscription management. Payment information is processed directly by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.

We do not sell or share user data with any other third parties.

Uninstalling the extension removes all locally stored data.
